THE EPIDEMIC SITUATION AND THE CONTROL STRATEGY OF TUBERCULOSIS IN TAIZHOU CITY.

Objective:Put forward the control strategy by analyze tuberculosis epidemic situation in Taizhou city.Method:To analyse the data of the fourth and the third national epidemiological sampling surveys of tuberculosis.Results:The results of the fourth national epidemiological sampling survey of tuberculosis showed that the incidence rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis was 482/100000,and the incidence rate of smear-positive was 241/100000.The prevalend rate and prevalend of smear had increased by 50.4% and 60.2% as compared with those of the third epidemiological survey.The annual increase progressively rate was 7.3% and 9.6%,respectively.Conclusion:The prevalence of tuberculosis is a serious problem of public health.Tuberculosis control task is still very hard.
