In Vitro Maturation and Regulatory Factors of Oocyte

The oocyte maturation,as a complicate meiosis process,was regulated by many factors.To study the mechanism of IVM in mammalian oocyte,and guide the production of the domestic embryos in vitro,in vitro maturation of oocyte and the regulation factors involved were reviewed.It was suggested that further research of cytoplast maturation,gene regulation and related factors in the maturation of oocyte is needed.
