Immune Cells and Immune Escape of Liver Cancer

As the special immune organs,liver has a unique immune immune system,participating in local and global immune regulation,is playing an important role in the occurrence and evolution for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Two-way role of immune cells,T lymphocytes,dendritic cells,NK cells and macrophages play key roleds in the immune escape of liver cancer.This article focuses on the relationship between the immune escape of liver cancer and the immune cells reviewed.
