Some Improper Views on Urban Afforestation and Some Countermeasures

This paper gives a description on urban afforestation and its ecological,aesthetic and social functions.Some improper views on urban afforestation are pointed out,which include that planting grass and grown trees are regarded more important than planting young trees and seedlings,alien species are introduced blindly,the structures in different places are lack of characteristics and deviate the purpose of serving the people.In the end,some concrete suggestions for improving urban afforestation are put forward.
