摘要
Objective: To establish a new Chromatogram-effect relationship mode for evaluating quality of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae Flos. Methods: Lonicerae Japonicae Flos samples were collected extensively and prepared as the test solution. The date of HPLC ingerprints and concentration for 50% of maximal efect(EC50) were determined respectively, and then a feasible mathematical model was selected to correlate the HPLC ingerprints data and EC50 data. Results: The other 10batches of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos were examined. The bias proportion of the EC50Calculated from the established mathematical model and determined from the experimental measurement were less than 10% in all, and the bias proportions of seven samples were less than 5%. Conclusion: The mathematic model could be used to evaluate the eicacy of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos on antiinluenza virus by determining its HPLC ingerprints.
