The transformation technique of low-effect Pinus thunbergii for shelterbelt on rocky coasts

According to the present status of low-effect Pinus thunbergii for shelterbelt on Fuqing rocky coasts,The study on the transformation technique of low-effect Pinus thunbergii for shelterbelt by using different site preparation methods,different seedlings,different afforestation densities,and different tending and fertilizing measures.The result showed Acacia crassicarpa and Acacia mangium were suitable for afforestation species transformation.On the windward slope site preparation with strips or blocks and on the leeward the comprehensive bush clean and controlled burning,site preparation with blocks,fertilizing,tending were beneficial to improve regenerating afforestation rate and conservation rate,to promote the young tree growing,thus to restore shelterbelt function on rocky coasts rapidly.
