Accumulation Regularity of Soluble Proteins and Polysaccharides in the Interaction between Gastrodia elata Bl. and Armillaria mellea(Vahl. ex Fr.)Quél.
Gastrodia elata Bl. f. elata, Gastrodia elata Bl. f. glauca S. Chow and their hybrid were respectively cultivated together with 4 tested strains of Armillaria mellea(Vahl. ex Fr.)Quel. of different sources. The contents of soluble proteins and polysaccharides in G.elata Bl. were analyzed during its growth period. It was showed that the contents of soluble proteins escalated,in different growth stages of G.elata Bl, including G.elata f. elata, G. elata Bl.f. glauca S. Chow and their hybrid cultivated together with the tested strains M_1,M_2,M_3 and M_4 respectively. The soluble proteins content of the hybrid cultivated together with 4 tested strains of A. mellea(Vahl. ex Fr.)Quel. is higher than that of G. elata f. elata and G. elata Bl. f. glauca S. Chow. The contents of polysaccharides in the ball-stem of G.elata f. elata, G. elata Bl. f.glauca S. Chow and their hybrid, cultivated with 4 tested strains of. A. mellea(Vahl. ex Fr.)Quel, increased firstly and then decreased to low, and the polysaccharides contents of G.elata f. elata is higher than that of G. elata Bl. f. glauca S. Chow and the hybrid in the same growth stage.
