Estimation of Nutrient Export Loads in Taihu Lake Watershed Based on the Export Coefficient Model

It is very important to estimate the nutrient export loads from watershed,which is beneficial to management of water environment. These estimation results showed that: the total nitrogen load of non-point source pollution in Taihu lake watershed is 398 100 tons /a,the total phosphorus load is 55 900 tons /year.The total nitrogen,total phosphorus loads of non-point source pollution in the five areas are in the order of: the north pollution areathe west Zhejiang pollution areathe west pollution areathe south pollution areathe east pollution area.Moreover,the total nitrogen pollution mainly comes from the cultivated land,the total phosphorus pollution mainly comes from the land for construction purposes.
