The Influence of YangYinShengJin Herbs and HuoXueTongLuo Herbs in the Rats with Sjgren's Syndrome by IgA,IgG and IgM

Objective To investigate the influence of the method of YangYinShengJin and HuoXueTongLuo in the rats with Sjgren's syndrome(SS)by immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,and IgM.Method 50 female SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,which were YangYin ShengJin Group(A),HuoXueTongLuo Group(B),prednisone group(C),physiological saline group(D) and normal control group(E).All the rats were made into the model of SS using the method of adjuvant inducing except rats in normal control group which be given physiological saline.The rats were identified after made into the model of SS.The rats in each group were treated by YangYinShengJin Recipe,HuoXueTongLuo Recipe,prednisone,and physiological saline for 28 days.ELISA was used to determine the content of IgA、IgG and IgM.Results The level of IgA,IgG,and IgM of rats with Sjogren's syndrome were significantly higher than that of the normal control group(P0.05).YangYinShengJin Recipe and HuoXueTongLuo Recipe could reduce the level of IgM which were significantly better than prednisone.But there is no difference between the two traditional Chinese medicine groups.The expression of IgA and IgG were reduced both of the TCM groups and prednisone group.There is no difference between them.Conclusion The method of YangYin ShengJin and HuoXueTongLuo can reduce the level of IgA,IgG,and IgM of the rats with SS and have the function of immune regulation.
