Research Survey of Senile Osteoporosis Related Diseases and the Risk Factors

Osteoporosis is a systemic skeletal disease characterized by low bone mass and microarchitectural deterioration of bone tissue,with a consequent increase in bone fragility and susceptibility to fracture.Old people always suffer from different diseases,due to various physical hypofunction occurring as aged.Through a lot of clinical researches and laboratory investigations,we can get reliable data that these diseases and risk factors are closely associated with the pathogenesis of osteoporosis.According to the data,this article will review several issues,such as endocrine factor,vascular factor,metabolic factor,and chronic obstructive emphysema associated with osteoporosis,thereby providing more evidence for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
