It is used in various applications like object recognition or image compression. There are specific image segmentation techniques, which segments the image into multiple segments. These techniques differentiate or make the group of image. This paper presents a new segmentation technique that improves the quality of the segmented image. Performance metrics like entropy and NIQE are used to calculate the performance.
