摘要
Since its successful application in the clinical treatment, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) plays an increasing important role. Thus, it is necessary to establish a rapid and accurate method for the identification and quality control of mineral TCM. In this work, vibrational modes of several easily-confused mineral TCM were characterized by using low-wavenumber Raman spectroscopy. The experiment results show that gypsum, ophicalcitum, natrii sulfas exsiccatus, alumen, corals keleton and borax have significantly different low-wavenumber Raman characteristic peaks in 0-300cm -1 region. Therefore, the low-wavenumber Raman spectroscopy could be used for rapidly identifying easily-confused mineral TCM.
