Exponential dichotomy and trichotomy of nonlinear differential equations

The notions of dichotomy and trichotomy are extended to nonlinear differential systems through two approaches.The first method uses an intrinsic property called tracking which is independent of the system being linear or nonlinear.The second approach uses the variational systems techniques which are well established in the literature.
