All-fiber High-energy 174 fs Laser at 1.78 μm using parabolic W-type Normal Dispersion Thulium-doped Fiber

With the combination of proper dispersion management and W-type normal-dispersion thulium-doped fiber, we demonstrated an all-fiber 127.8nJ laser, exhibiting the shortest pulse duration of 174fs and highest peak power of 0.2MW in the 1.7m region.
