摘要
A mild oxidative C(sp)–H trifluoromethylation of terminal alkynes is enabled by the stable Cu(III) complex [(bpy)Cu(CF 3 ) 3 ], revealing an overlooked oxidative CF 3 -transfer manifold. A broad range of arylacetylenes delivers CF 3 -alkynes in moderate to good yields. This work establishes [(bpy)Cu(CF 3 ) 3 ] as a versatile oxidative CF 3 donor and provides a unified platform for substrate-adaptable alkyne trifluoromethylation.
