摘要
Objective Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) provides important information for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant renal tumors. This study was to evaluate CEUS in the diagnosis of large renal tumors ≥5.0 cm in diameter. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 151 cases of large renal tumor diagnosed by conventional ultrasound and CEUS,and compared the diagnostic value of the two methods. Results There were no significant differences between conventional ultrasound and CEUS in the diagnosis of large renal tumors(P0.05).However,CEUS exhibited its unique advantages over conventional ultrasound in displaying microvascular blood flow in renal tumors. Conclusion CEUS is an important imaging method for the diagnosis of renal tumors, obviously superior to conventional ultrasound in exhibiting the blood flow of kidney tumors.
