摘要
Abstract Microwave‐assisted, transition metal free methodology for the synthesis of N‐substituted isoindolin‐1‐one from 2‐carboxybenzaldehydes with various amines by reductive amination reaction using formic acid has been described. This method is relatively simple, benign and safe which tolerates a variety of functional groups.
