摘要
Both green management and social welfare have attracted increasing attention, but the link between green management and social performance, and how to achieve green management through the implementation of CSR in supply chains, remains unclear. This study proposes a conceptual framework involving supply chain CSR orientation, green integration and social performance. Based on data from 206 manufacturers, the results reveal that supplier CSR orientation enhances green strategic alignment and green information sharing, but not green process coordination. Customer CSR orientation shows no significant direct effects on green integration. Internal CSR orientation enhances all three green integration dimensions and mediates the effects of supplier/customer CSR orientation. Green information sharing and green process coordination improve social performance, while green strategic alignment does not. This study highlights the essence of ‘talk’ and ‘walk’ in green integration, extends CSR orientation to supply chains and provides insights into promoting green integration and social performance.
