Reseach on the Phenological Period of Schisandra Chinensis and the Effect of Low Temperature on Seedling

[Objective]The research aimed to study the phenological period of Schisandra chinensis and the effect of low temperature on Seedling. [Method]In Schisandra chinensis phenophase and meteorological factors were observed and analyzed on the basis of parallel,the effect of low temperature on Schisandra chinensis seedling was discussed mainly by measuring the glucose and protein content of Schisandra chinensis seedlings at 0- 8 ℃ in spring and autumn.[Result]At 0- 4 ℃,Schisandra chinensis seedlings affected by low temperature,the glucose and protein content of Schisandra chinensis seedlings were increasing with the increase of temperature during this temperature; at 4- 8 ℃,the glucose and protein content of Schisandra chinensis seedlings were in reduced with the increase of temperature. [Conclusion]When the temperature is less than 4 ℃ Schisandra chinensis seedlings affected to some degree,the protein and glucose content of Schisandra chinensis seedlings were in reduced,which shows that plant respiration and photosynthesis were inhibited.
