Application of PDCA Cycle in Clinical Pathway Management in Our Hospital

Clinical pathway, as a new method of healthcare quality management, has been recognized by health sector, and widely used in hospital management. Applying PDCA cycle into the implementation and management of clinical pathway is an effective mode to promote clinical pathway's continuous improvement, and will also improve its management comprehensively. Its application is of great significance for continuous improvement of healthcare quality and for promoting hospital's competitive edge.
