Starting Control of GD-1 High Pressure Common Rail Diesel Engine

By virtue of good characteristics of the high pressure common rail fuel injection system, control strategies calculating fuel quantity,injection timing and injection period were designed and researched to improve the diesel starting performance.The test results show the common rail pressure can be built up quickly and the diesel engine startability can be effective improved.
