Research on the Works which was Incorporated in the Cinematographic Work and can be Exploited Separately

If the cinematographic work is regarded as a derivative work,the copyright owner of preexisting work just authorizes the producer to make cinematographic work with preexisting work and disseminate it,so the copyright owner of preexisting work shall be entitled to exercise their copyright independently.Moreover,if the cinematographic work is regarded as a work of joint authorship which can be separated into independent parts and exploited separately,each co-author merely authorize the producer to make cinematographic work with his work and disseminate it,so each co-author shall be entitled to exercise their copyright independently.Accordingly,the producer of the cinematographic work can only exploit it in limited ways,and the copyright owner of the work which can be exploited separately should be entitled to exploit his work as such.
