Study progress on water environmental pollution of perfluorooctane sulfonate

The perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS) is one of the POPS of the most serious hazards in the world,and recently received great attention due to their widespread contamination in the environment,especially in the water environment.In this article,pollution ways and situations of PFOS in water environment,aquatic organisms and sediments were discussed.The contaminations of PFOS to the marine mammals in different sea area were analyzed contrastively.And the toxic effects of PFOS to the water organisms were summed up.
