Degradability of Screening Strains on Soil Polluted by Petroleum

In the present study,we tried to biodegrade the petroleum hydrocarbon using natural mixed strain group and the combination of screening strains in soil condition.Results from the experiment indicated that the content of petroleum hydrocarbon was decreased greatly after the biodegradation of 47 days,and the inoculable microbe had some effects on the bioremediation of soil contaminated by petroleum.
