Design of Dual Band Phased Array Radar System

Ground based radar in forthcoming surveillance and reconnaissance have to meet increasingly severe demands. Dual Band Phased Array Radar (DBPAR) is an integrated dual band common aperture radar system which can operate over two frequency ranges simultaneously, integrated in one phased array and coordinated by a single processor. The integrated design process is given and the subsystem are described, and the performance of the system is analyzed.
