摘要
Abstract This study looked at different nitrogen sources used to make nitrogen-doped graphene composites loaded with gold. The structures and properties of the different composites were compared. Nitrogen-doped graphene (N-G) was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were loaded into the samples to make Au/N-G composites. The properties of nitrogen-doped materials prepared with different nitrogen sources as well as gold nano-nitrogen-doped composites (Au/N-G) were compared by TEM, SEM, XPS, and Cyclic voltammetry scanning. Adding urea to N-G materials makes them have more surface pleats and folds, a larger surface area of graphene, and better electrical conductivity. The Au/N-G composites prepared with urea as the nitrogen source have potential for use in electrochemical sensors.
