Upcycling of long-term Si/C composites by introducing interfacial chemical bonds from spent solar photovoltaic and lithium-ion batteries

Through simple wet synthesis and low-temperature sintering, high-energy-density silicon–carbon anode materials were fabricated from waste solar panels and spent graphite, thereby achieving value-added recycling of waste.
