Employee Engagement is counted among the major issues of the modern world. Almost every organization is confronted with it, however, it differs from organization to organization. Employee Engagement and organizational citizenship behavior, both are the prominent concepts now-a-days because they are really important for the success of an organization, these are popular and have a value between academic institutions and Industries. The current study is unique in terms of its population and area.
