The digital transformation in the field of education requires tools that allow for a more accurate assessment of teachers' digital competences. In this context, the objective of this study was to digitize the Teaching Digital Competence (CDD) assessment instrument and apply it to teachers at the Technological Institute of Ciudad Juárez (ITCJ) during 2024. A digital platform was developed that integrates a questionnaire structured by key dimensions, facilitating the comprehensive evaluation of the level of competence of teachers. The methodology adopted was a mixed approach, with a quasi-experimental and cross-sectional design, applying both quantitative and qualitative techniques. The platform allowed to classify the levels of competence and offer immediate feedback. The results reflect that, although some teachers reach medium and advanced levels, there are still significant gaps in the ethical, reflective and academic use of ICTs, particularly in the dimensions of professional development and digital security. In conclusion, it is highlighted that this tool represents an efficient, adaptable and functional alternative, with the potential to be used in various educational contexts, contributing significantly to the strengthening of the digital teaching culture.
