Cynomolgus macaque gut metagenomes for microbial catalogue construction

Metagenomes of 71 cynomolgus macaque gut samples were sequenced. These metagenomes were used to construct microbial catalogues, shedding light on the diversity of gut microbiota, contributing to future gut microbial studies using cynomolgus macaques.
