Enterprises' Information Mode Basing on the Personal Message

One of the most important topics is informatization among enterprises in the 21st century. The problem how to implement informatization in enterprises has not being solved by circles of theory and fields of enterprises without any experience referred to. The model how to implement informatization in enterprises is created in this article, according to the restricted factors of implement informatization in enterprises and interactional mechanism between Individual Informatization (II) and Enterprises Informatization (EI). The new model can be used to direct EI.
