Study on Step-punching Model and Simulation of SP-CAPP System

Before the punch-part being machined,the punching process can be simulated in the CAPP system in order to test whether the punching process and the choose punchs are reasonable or not,whether the punching-path is most favourable or not.The punching-simulation can relieve the burden to decide the process procedure and NC instruction,which can assure the punching quality.The step-punching process will be more optimum and scientific.This paper introduces the certain exploration of the punching-simulation.
