Exploring about Constraints of Water Resources to Society and Management of Water Resources——A Case Study of Chongqing

The research of water resources constraints to society and the management on the water resources focuses on analyzing the impact and constraints of water resources to the construction of urbanization,proceeding from analyzing carrying capacity of water resources,considering how the limited water resources restrain and bear the development of social economy,and how to realize the optimization and maximization of urbanization construction targets with limited water resources.It is not only theoretically significant to study the constraints of water resources to society and management of water resources,and also has important realistic and strategic meaning.
