Determination of Fluoroquinolone in Eggs

Object To establish a method for determination of Fluoroquinolone in eggs. Methods LC-MS/MS were used to determine Fluoroquinolone in eggs. It's a simple and accurate method and may provide support to determination of food safety. Results The method could simply and accurately determine Fluoroquinolone in eggs. The linear ranges of method were 4.283～128.496ng/ml in Ciprofloxacin (r=0.9961), 5.0075～150.221 ng/ml in Norfloxacin(r=0.9962),5.1595～154.791 ng/ml in Enrofloxacin(r=0.9937). The determination limits of method were 0.183μg/kg in Ciprofloxacin, 0.165μg/kg in Norfloxacin,0.0604μg/kg in Enrofloxacin, the average recoveries were 118.96%in Ciprofloxacin, 138.98%in Norfloxacin, 114.78%in Enrofloxacin. Conclusion The method can be used for the determination of Fluoroquinolone in eggs.
