Study On Percolation Processes of Matrine Mainly Containing Oxymatrine in Sophora Flavescens Ait

[Objective]By studying on extraction of sophora flavescens ait to look for business volume extraction method of matrine in sophora flavescens ait.[Methods]Compared several main methods of the alkaloids extracted from Sophora,we chose resin —based sub —process as the experimental method.[Results]The yield of matrine between 4 to 7,with an average 5.87.Oxymatrine content are 75% to 80%,average 76.38%. [Conclusion]Resin extraction method of matrine which mainly contains oxymatrine improved its product yield and concentration.And the method also provided an effective data to the enterprise for the mass production.
