Effects of Vitamin E on Broiler Chicks under Heat Stress Condition

Avin broiler chicks were divided randomly into 4 groups and were treated with heat stress. This procedure took two weeks, and six hours each day with the temperature of (33±2)°C. The experimental results showed that 100mg·kg-1 or higher vitamin E supplemented could increase broiler chicks'body weight, meat/feed ratio, relative weight of immune organs and immunity function, and prevent the enhancing of broiler chicks'H/L by heat stress.
