Advances in the Study of Cotton Resistance Verticillium Wilt

Cotton Verticillium wilt,caused by Verticillium dahliae and spread across the world,is a pathogen cotton disease.The research advances on cotton Verticillium wilt in the following aspects: mechanism of Verticillium pathogenicity,mechanism of host resistance,cotton resistance transgenic breeding against Verticillium wilt were summarized in this review,which could offer some idea for research on cotton disease resistance.
