IEEE milestone for Germany: the EMC society is "instrumental" in making it happen!

Professor Heyno Garbe (above), the Vice-President of Communications for the EMC Society, has been actively involved in obtaining an IEEE Historical Milestone. As part of an extensive and formal program, Professor Garbe presented the IEEE Milestone Program. At the beginning he drew a historic comparison.
