The Application of A.C. Servo System to the Single-axis Numerical Control Internal Grinder

In single-axis numerical control internal grinder,X-axis AC servo feed system, composed of man-machine interface, PLC with servo control functions, AC servo amplifier and servo motor, should be used. This paper analyzes the choice of servo amplifier control mode and the interface design between PLC and the servo amplifier, suggests the calculating way of electronic gear in the PLC and the servo amplifier for grinding working mode and creates a servo system control method based on the circumstances of the man-machine interface.
