Cultivating the University Student's Information Literacy and the Scientific Research Ability

This paper analyzes on the present situation of the university student' s information literacy and the scientific research ability,expounds the necessity and feasibility of university library cultivating information literacy and improving the scientific research ability for the university students,and advances some measures for cultivating the university student's information literacy and the scientific research ability.
