Analysis of Ultra-precise Lapping-polishing & Ultrasonic Lapping-polishing

This paper introduced lapping-polishing and ultraprecise lapping-polishing technology,analyzed the development of lapping-polishing as well as the present state of ultra-precise lapping-polishing technology development,and listed some methods of ultra-precise lapping-polishing.It mainly explained the characteristic of ultrasonic lapping-polishing.Finally,it had analyzed the application and the development current of this technology.And it drew a conclusion that ultra-precise lapping-polishing technology is a valid method to improve the quality of finished surface,and increased machining efficiency comparing with the traditional method.
