Research about traditional Chinese medicine treatment of fatty liver disease in recent 3 years

This paper mainly sumed up raditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of fatty liver disease including the cause and pathogenesis ,treatment based on syndrome differentiation and clinical efficacy in recent 3 years. The cause and pathogenesis of fatty liver disease includes qi stagnation due to phlegm-dampness,turbid phlegm and blood stasis,damp-heat and blood stasis,primary deficiency and secondary excess and so on.The syndrome types of fatty liver disease can begeneralized as syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency,syndrome of heat-dampness accumulated interior,syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney.In conclusion,we suggest that we would better bring etiology and clinical symptoms into analysis of syndrome differentiation when we adopt traditional chinese medicine treatment.Besides,the micro and macro combination can enhance the therapeutic effect.We can also introduce TCM theory of constitution into the early intervention of fatty liver disease.Then we can make good use of the theory of the preventive treatment of disease in traditional chinese medicine.
