The Effect of Metarhizium Anisopliae on Control Locust in Mountain Meadow

In the current study, Metarhizium Anisopliae was used as a pesticide to prevent crops from locust attack in Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture. The results showed that Metarhizium Anisopliae could effectively control locust without violation in non-target areas, and thereby maintain biodiversity and the ecological balance in this locust-invaded region. Thus, the use of Metarhizium Anisopliae is justified.
