Application of Sulfur Dioxide Fungicides in the Preservation of Grape

This paper reviewed the characteristic, principle and application situation of sulfur dioxide grape preservative, and mainly discussed the types, characteristics, performance, function principle, application scope and application technology of sulfite grape preservative. And according to the actual application situation, the supporting technologies of application of sulfite grape preservative were proposed, and the development of non sulfur dioxide grape preservative should be speeded up.
