Promoting Sustainable Economic Development by Implementing ISO14000 and Cleaner Production

Based on the analysis of the relationship between ISO14000 and cleaner production,it is concluded that combined implementation of ISO14000 and cleaner production is an important approach for promoting sustainable economic development.The possible problems for implementing ISO14000 and cleaner production at present are also analyzed in the paper.
