1/2ME Module Design in Video Compression

Video information has a number of advantages,but the original video information contains a very large amount of data,video compression makes it easier to come to applications.However,the motion estimation / compensation is the most time-consuming part in a video encoder,and takes up a lot of system resources.In this paper,an optimized algorithm and the corresponding architecture are proposed,accelerating the function with a lower complexity.
