Researches on Preparation Process of Astragaloside IV by All of Astragalosides

Objective: To study the preparation process of Astragaloside Ⅳ by All of Astragalosides. Methods: The Optimal process conditions for prepareing Astragaloside Ⅳ were selected by orthogonal tests. The product, Astragaloside Ⅳprepared was followed-up by TLC. Results: The best process conditions were the temperature of 100℃and the time of 7 hours. Conclusions: Our preparation process of Astragaloside Ⅳ by All of Astragalosides is effective,worthy of popularization.
