Kidney Method for Acute Gouty Arthritis Rats with the Influence of IL-2,IL-16 Expression Level

Objective: To observe the kidney with wet method for acute gouty arthritis( AGA)( Rat) in Rat serum interleukin- 2( IL- 2) and interleukin- 16( IL- 16) expression level,explore the mechanism of action of prevention and cure of kidney method with wet AGA. Methods: 84 SD rats were randomly divided into: blank group,model group,Chinese medicine control group( group gout shu),western medicine control group( colchicine group) and traditional Chinese medicine compound high,medium and low dose group,a total of 7 groups,each group of 12. The uric acid sodium( MSU) oxygen oxazine acid potassium( OXO) induced rat AGA model,using enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA),between groups of rats was detected in serum IL- 2,the content of IL- 16. Results: The contents of IL- 2,IL- 16 model significantly higher than the blank group( P 0. 01); Control group in Chinese medicine,western medicine control group,traditional Chinese medicine compound is low,medium and high dose group of IL- 2,IL- 16 levels were lower in the model group( P 0. 01); Traditional Chinese medicine compound in dose group compared with the traditional Chinese medicine control group with significant difference( P 0. 01); TCM compound in low dose group and traditional Chinese medicine compound,high dose group compared with significant difference( P 0. 01),Chinese medicine compound dose group compared with the western medicine control group no significant difference.Conclusion: Kidney lishi method of traditional Chinese medicine compound can inhibit the acute gouty arthritis rats IL- 2,the expression of IL- 16,for the prevention and treatment of AGA has certain effect.
