Determination of Cloransulam-methyl Residue in Soybean and Soil by UPLC/MS/MS

A method was established to detect chloransulam-methyl in soybean and soil using ultra-high-performance liquid amine grass/mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry(UPLC/MS/MS) assay. The results showed as follows: the retention time was 0.92 min, the linear range was 0.02-50 mg/L, the detection limit was 0.005 mg/kg, and the recovery rate ws 79-98%.
