Microfluidic Chip System with Chemiluminescence Detection

A new chemiluminescence detection system for microchipbased capillary electrophoresis was developed. The detection limit of Co2+ is 2.0×10-6 mol/L, and the reproducibility is good. The proposed method was applied successfully to separate Co2+ and Cu2+ within 100 seconds.
